- Your personal data — Bidhaven for your account and your listing, Stripe for anything about the payment. See the privacy notice.
- A listing that should not be in the city — an impersonation, a trade mark someone does not own, illegal content. Write to Bidhaven and say which building.
How long a reply takes
Bidhaven is not staffed. Expect days rather than hours. Anything urgent about money is faster through Stripe.
